Looking for a candidate who is looking to get into management.
Business Owner would like to focus in a different area of business and ideally would like someone to come in who is looking to run a business and learn in many different areas. They need be able to learn fast.
Applicant needs to have a 4 year degree with a GPA between 3.0-4.0. (Degree in business or related field.)
Will need to study communication, will learn six sigma principles.
Need to have thick skin and be able to work in a very demanding environment.
1-2 years of professional experience.
1. Education: Bachelors or higher. Must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher from a University or well recognized school. However, state colleges or USC grads with a gpa of 4.0 or higher is acceptable.
2. English: Must be super literate in English. No broken English. Can read The New York Times without stammering.
3. Assertive communicator: Must NOT seek to avoid confrontation like passive or passive-aggressive types.
4. Computer proficiency: Must demonstrate proficiency with some form of computer programming. Examples: Visual Basic, Java, Excel macros, HTML. Must type 45 wpm.
5. Professional work experience: 1-2 years experience with job(s) that pay $30k or more annually.
