Customer Service – Rowland Heights

We are looking for Customer Service Reps with the following qualifications.

Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming calls.
* Process orders from start to finish
* 1 year of Customer Service experience, preferably in a service.
* Excellent English verbal and written skills, in particular excellent customer focused phone skills.
* Proven ability to effectively resolve issues in a timely manner.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Solid understanding of basic PC operations.
* Report Service Call status to the customer on a regular basis while the service call remains open.
* Maintain all service calls including time of call intake and time of resolutions.
* Create service orders as needed.
* Conduct follow-ups
* Detail oriented.
